Instruction for use:

Daily Espresso Machine Cleaning

Pour 1/2 bag of Puly Caff in a blind filter (without holes), start brewing
cycle and allow to run for 5-10 seconds; stop cycle and wait 15 seconds
and repeat cycle 4 additional times. Remove and empty group handle,
and rinse repeatedly under hot water. Re-insert portafilter handle with
blind filter and repeat above without the cleaning detergent. Lastly,
brew and discard a single espresso to re-season your machine.



Periodical Filter and Grouphandle Cleaning

Dissolve 1 bag of Puly Caff for every liter /32 oz. of very hot water.
Soak filters, grouphandles, screens, steam wand tips and utensils for
30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly under running hot water before using.
