Products will be shipped using FedEx or USPS. When tracking numbers are available, we will send it to the email on file with Paypal. ALL orders over $200 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please contact us to make alternate delivery arrangements if there will be no one available to sign. The buyer is responsible to work with the manufacturer for any warranty issues. Products needing warranty work should be returned to the manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and restocking costs for any reason other than damage caused during shipping.
