This headset doesn't require any adapter to work with the above radios. The cord is directly molded into the connector so no adapter is needed. The connector pins do not need to match your current connector exactly to function properly as only 3 pins are used to transmit and receive.

USAGE DIRECTIONS

Throat microphones function uniquely to each user.
Start by fully extending the throat mic, positioning the sensors to the front of the throat.
Speaking in a louder than normal voice, transmit while adjusting the sensors toward the back of the neck until transmission is clear.
