For items damaged during shipment, buyer must file the claim with the shipper & be willing to provide any documentation & or photos requested! Please keep all boxes & packaging materials for review by the shipper! We will provide any documentation & or photos requested from us by the shipper. DO NOT return the damaged item to us as it will void the claim!!

For items claimed to be ‘not as described’, if you want to avoid having to pay for return shipping you must send detailed ‘Clear’ photos of the issue to us! We will then review the listing to determine if the problem was not included in the description or not visible in the photos included using the magnification feature available to everyone! 

For items eligible for return, if the item being returned is less than $250 do not add signature confirmation as this will only delay the process & we will not reimburse this cost! 

We have up to a 3 ’Business’ day Handling Time. If you need faster you must contact us prior to purchase!
