Probably the biggest complaint EBAY sellers get, is packages taking too long to arrive. Most sellers use USPS for small orders. While USPS does well 95% of the time, that other 5% can take up to three weeks!!!

If you are in a hurry, choose Priority Mail.  Do not ask where your package is unless it’s been two weeks! At that time we will email USPS at the address below to see what they say. OR, you can email them yourself.

If you need to return or exchange, email us. If you request a return through eBay, you cannot exchange it.
