Returns Policy

We only accept returns when the item is proven to be faulty, in most case's we will send a direct replacement. If we cannot meet this promise we will refund you upon receipt of the returned item.

Postage

Orders will usually be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day) of payment. We use the Royal Mail's postal service and from time to time they decide to have a national or regional postal strike. So please bear in mind that sometimes there may be a delay in your item being delivered to you.
