INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Camp Chimo offers affordable USPS International First Class or Priority mail. We tender all packages at the post office obtaining an acceptance scan showing proof of mailing but tracking is not always available once a shipment leaves the U.S. Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time varies but typical is 10-20 business days. Please notify us if you item has not been received within 21 calendar days from payment date.

HANDLING TIME

Camp Chimo is proud to offer 2-day business day handling time on most of our listings. We do not offer same day shipping on any of our listings. Handling time is measured by business days. Weekends and holidays aren't counted. This means if a buyer pays for an item on Tuesday, we have until 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Thursday to upload a tracking number and the item may not be tendered at the post office until Friday. For a buyer's payment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday a tracking number must be uploaded by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday and your item may not be tendered at the post office until Wednesday. We strive to mail your item as quickly as possible and meet or exceed these standards. Should there be a delay in shipping your item we will, if possible, notify you via eBay messaging.

RETURNS and WARRANTY

Limited Manufacturer Warranty applies, where available, contact the manufacturer. We accept returns on unopened, unused product only. Returns must be approved and processed via the eBay Managed Return Process that prints a postage paid return label at our expense. We refund in full and do not charge a restocking fee on most items.
