Any item not delivered due to a wrong address or unclaimed will be charged the full shipping price again should we have to re-send. It must be remembered that courier/postal services are not always reliable, and we are not responsible for any delays in shipment.

Over 98% of our orders ship the same to next business day. Delivery time for eastern states averages between 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location. Western states will generally take a day or two longer. Please note that delivery time is calculated by a combination of factors, order process time, the carrier process time, and delivery zone..
