Material:

Stock pot is made from Commercial Quality Stainless Steel, Fully Polished.
Stainless Steel handles riveted onto pot and Lid for solid construction.
Both Ball Valve and Thermometer is made from full 304 Stainless Steel.
Full weld less construction allows fittings to be disassembled for proper cleaning.
