It seems to me they have never been converted to electricity, so still to use in its original function.
May be the wind lights may have been replaced over the years, as there is slight difference in heigth and diameter.
One of them even marked V.S.L (Val Saint Lambert, Belgian Crystal factory)

It seems all gilding is present, not rubbed away over the years or not cleaned with abrasive means.
