Our shipments classified as “standard shipping” are done via CTT Tracked Mail. These shipments are carried and delivered, in the destination country, by the local national courier.  The delivery estimate for “standard shipping“ is given by Ebay but does not consider the time spent by the packages in the destination country’s customs, factor that vary from nation to nation. Items shipped from Portugal are shipped the next day after being left in the post office. The possible delays relatively to Ebay's estimates are exclusively the fault of the local carrier. If you wish a faster service with fast customs check we recommend to choose "Expedited Shipping", done via DHL Express.
