1. It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct phone information when ordering any of our unlocking services (IMEI No, Model No, Network and Country details). Unlockingshop will not be held responsible for any buyer errors and NO refunds will be issued for failed unlocks if this is found to be the case.
2. Once an order has been submitted on our server it can not be cancelled, amended or refunded under any circumstances
3. It is the buyers responsibility to check that their phone is actually locked before ordering an unlock code. No refunds can be given on orders where a phone is found to be already unlocked after the order has been processed. We advise all customers to check their lock status prior to ordering by dialling *#7465625# or by starting phone with a different networks SIM (as long as the phone asks for the unlock code you know its locked)
4. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their phone is not blacklisted before ordering. No refunds will be given on ANY order which is found to be blacklisted, blocked by network, reported lost/stolen or subject to any insurance claim. We use Checkmend to verify the blacklist status of IMEIs, should your phone be blacklisted a copy of this report will be provided to the buyer/eBay/Paypal. Should a eBay or Paypal claim be made against us for a non working code on a blacklisted IMEI we will immediately escalate this claim to eBay/Paypal and may pass your details onto the police.
