We usually ship within SAME business day of receiving your payment.

Our regular shipping method is either Fed-Ex Ground or USPS, depending on the destination. For example if we were shipping to Hawaii, we would use USPS. We ship to all 50 states of the U.S, and Puerto Rico. The tracking number to your package will come directly from Fed-Ex or the USPS. Occasionally these emails will get stuck in your spam filter so make sure to check there if you have not received your tracking. Please feel free to message us through eBay if you have not received tracking info after two business days, we will be happy to provide it to you.

PayPal will allow you to pay by credit card, debit card, Check with PayPal for details.

We're confident in the product we sell. If your item is defective or damaged, let us know within 60 days of your purchase and you can return it for a new one or a full refund with no questions asked. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned parts MUST be in perfect condition to qualify for refund. A 15% restocking fee may be applicable.         

We do not offer exchanges. If the product you purchase does not fit your vehicle, please send us your vehicle VIN number, year, make, model and engine size along with a photo of product in your vehicle so we may check to see if we have offer the item.         

We will not resend product or offer refund before we get the returned order from customers.

We assure you that our products are quality parts and have been tested for accuracy! If a problem should accrue please contact us with a short description of your problem and we will offer you a solution that best suits you!

For warranty claims, we will need the product back before we send out a replacement. Customer is responsible for providing return shipping and shipping address.
