This camera series features powerful mobile surveillance, especially the sending of active event notifications with video playback to iPhone, iPad, Galaxy and other Android devices. As long as our free mobile app, EagleEyes, is installed, you'll be able to receive notifications right after event occurrence within 5 seconds, and see what happened later. It keeps an eye on the thing or area important for you and never gets asleep.

To extend the application of the camera to home automation or alarm emphasis, an I/O port is provided to connect external devices. Furthermore, this camera series can work well with our NVR series to save all your event recordings for later checking.

Warranty & Returns

  1. Our items are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
    The warranty only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage.
  2. You may return merchandise purchased from us for a refund or a replacement.
  3. All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning package. Please contact us via email to request RMA number.
  4. All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "resalable" condition. You may not be responsible for a refund or credit otherwise.
  5. We follow Ebay's 14 days return policy. Items should be returned within 14 days from the order date to receive a refund.
  6. Items should be returned within 30 days from the received date for an exchange, replacement, or a store credit.
