To freshen when using a vacuum with HEPA filtration, apply 1 or 2 drops to a tissue or cotton ball and insert it between the cloth and paper bag. The fragrance will spread as you vacuum, plus, your vacuum bag and vacuum storage space will have a pleasant fragrance. |

Some tips for optimum cleaning performance:
• Properly adjust your roller brush for extended life. Maintaining the proper brush height is essential for the cleaning effectiveness of your Kirby. This will increase the life of your carpet as well. Average families adjust the brush roller every two to three years. Tips: Start at number 1 with a new brushroller. Make sure both sides are on the same number. Replace the brush roller every 5-7 years.
