Rovner Versa is a new professional ligature that features a metalcradle which can be altered to create SIX different tone settings -three by positioning the flaps under the cradle and using none or oneof the inserts provided, and three by positioning the flaps over thecradle. With a new cradle and improved body material with newly adopted"world class" manufacturing processes, the Versa have surpassed theperformance of its predecessor, the Rovner Eddie Daniels II. Theversatility of this ligature provides the performer with complete tonalcontrol and accurate intonation throughout all registers. The ligatureis not designed to be inverted. In all positions, the cradle isdesigned to sit on the reed, and the screw will tighten against themouthpiece. Matching cap is included.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing. Please note some payments may go through PayPal as an eCheque and not clear for up to a week.

Q: Shipment Tracking Number?
A: Your tracking number will be displayed in your eBay purchase dashboard against your order. Please note, single packs of strings or other such small or lower priced may not have a tracking number.

Q: Can you ship to an alternate address?
A: eBay and PayPal policy require us to ship to the address you provide in eBay Checkout. If you entered an incorrect address or have a need to have your order delivered to a different address, you must notify us by eBay Messages BEFORE we have dispatched your order.  We typically dispatch orders by the following business day.  If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility or liability for it after that.  If it is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for instructions.  Where an incorrect address is supplied or the consignment is returned undeliverable or uncollected, you will be resposible for any additional charges required in making the delivery.

Q: Can I get a lower price?
A: If the MAKE OFFER button appears in the listing under BUY IT NOW, you are welcome to submit an offer and we will get back to you with our lowest price. We will not accept offers on items where there is no MAKE OFFER button.

Except for used goods, everything we sell carries an Australian warranty.  Products must be returned to Angkor Music International for inspection and repair or replacement under warranty claim.  You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses to return products to us under warranty.

Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.

 

International Customers:
Please note that our equipment carries an Australian warranty, so all international warranty issues must be handled by Angkor Music International. All items must be returned to Angkor Music International in Australia for all warranty repair or replacement issues. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses to return products to us under warranty.
