Original New Atari  3 foot 13 Pin SIO/IO Cable. JAE Round

Atari had many production versions of this cable. All versions are interchangeable and have just cosmetic differences and no functional differences.

These were removed from new Atari Printers like them XMM-801 or the SX Express packages.
The connector is made by "JAE and is screwed together".
The connectors easily slide in to the computers and accessories.
The cable is thinner and more flexible.
They have round holes for the pins to go in, the metal pins are not visible.

The 4 th picture shows a different production version(Molex R) of the SIO cable with a connector that has square holes for the pins to go in and the metal contacts are visible, they are harder the plug and and remove and the cable is thicker and less flexible.
