We will ship most orders Monday through Friday within 24 hours.  Weekends and Holidays will ship the following business day.  Shipping within the United States is free.  Shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is free.  We currently ship most items USPS 1st class or USPS priority. 

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS AND TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will contain the tracking number for your package.  You may also track your package at the appropriate shipping website (USPS, UPS, Fedex).  Should you have any trouble whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us via email for instructions.  Refunds:  If we made the error: wrong color, or item- then the postage will be credited back to you.  If you made the error: buyer's remorse, changed mind- then the postage is on you.  Exchanges: The return postage is on you.

Although we have made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the items will depend primarily upon the monitor of your computer or the screen of your device.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
