This item for 1 x MH12 220 Volt 10A DIGITAL CONTROLLER as shown.

This low budget controller is a good universal van stock type part allowing for a first time fix on chillers coolers and heated display units etc.., it has simple controls for switching between either heating or cooling mode, it can control between -40 degrees and 120 degrees. It has a single relay rated at 10 amps, supplied with an NTC temperature probe (1 metre long). This controller fits a standard hole size of 70mm x 28mm and is approx 81mm deep.

If you have an existing faulty pcb or control board you may have an underlying fault that has led to the failure of the board and if not rectified could cause the same fault with the new part.
