emailed after our shipping carrier picks up the item. If you have not
received
tracking information please check your spam filters because many times
the tracking email sent will be flagged as spam. Please allow 24-48
hours after pickup for the shipping carrier to update tracking numbers
into their systems.
If you are not completely satisfied you may return the items within 14 days of purchase. Credit will be issued less shipping costs. Used items such as wheels that have been mounted with tires are not refundable, there are no exceptions. Please remember that once you mount tires on the wheels you own them. Tires purchased from us can be returned if they are not driven on. Once it's driven on it's yours. All items must be returned in original packaging. If items are improperly repackaged and damaged during return transit such as wheels are not refundable. If original packaging is damaged or defaced, a re-boxing fee may be deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
