Payment method:

We accept payment via Pay Pal; this is the fastest most efficient and safest way to shop. All items are dispatched once final payment has been made.

Delivery:

All purchases will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving full payment of item.

All items will be dispatched via 2nd class recorded delivery. This requires a signature upon collection and allows you to track the order in case of any delays in the delivery process.

If you are unable to collect the item upon delivery it will be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office for a 3 week period, if the item is not collected within this time it will be returned to Allbeclothing.

We require you to repay the postage if item is to be re-dispatched. 

Any item(s) bought after 3.00 pm on a Friday won't be dispatched until the next available working day. No items purchased on bank holidays will be dispatched until the following workday.

 

Returns Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives you can return your item within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging, labels must be attached. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the return postage fees.

The item should be returned via recorded delivery, this is so you are aware we have received your return.
