We use Yodel, TNT, UPS, MyHermes to deliver your order depending on the weight and size of the item you have ordered.

Items that are delivered by the courier need to be signed for as a proof of delivery.

American Deliveries:
We provide delivery to United States of America through Fed Ex.

European Deliveries:
We are able to deliver to most European destinations. Please contact us for the delivery charges to the required European destination.

• If you choose to make payment through debit or credit cards, please contact us. Our financial team will be pleased to process the payment for you from our end. The details provided by you won't be saved by our company, such that you wonÕt have to worry by feeling unsecured to enter your card details through internet.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our first priority...
While we're sure you'll love what you've ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you'll need to follow the instructions set out below.

• Return policy will be applicable within 30 calendar days from the date of the order is delivered.
• Customer can inform us in writing through eBay within 2 days of delivery stating that you wish to return the rug with reason.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the carriage payment on rugs returned, so we advise you to obtain proof of postage and ensure goods are adequately insured during any return.
• Customers are required to return the parcels by themselves, alternatively we can arrange for a pick-up on request and the charge is £20.00 for this service.
• The company won't be liable for any charges which is been incurred by the customer while returning the rug back to us.
• While returning goods please ensure they are well packaged. If goods are returned in used, dirty and damaged condition no refund can be issued.
