Shipping Policy:

I shipped from Minnesota and use both USPS and UPS to ship. I ship within 24 hours of getting notice of payment from PayPal except if it is bulky, weekends and holidays. If you want any other shipping option, please contact me for a quote. All residents of, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam please contact me for shipping charge adjustment prior to bidding/buying. Shipment processing period is most frequently 4 to 6 business days(weekends, and holidays not included).

 

Guarantee/Returns Policy:

All items are used, unless specified as new. It is not possible to check some items, but all my items have been cleaned,  inspected and are ready for installation. If a problem is incurred, refer to guarantee policy. Listing picture is of actual item, unless I have multiple new in package like items. Additional pictures of items supplied upon request. Screws, clips, fasteners, etc are not part of the description. Compatibility statements, such as years, are just a suggestion of expected compatibility, based on body style. This is not all encompassing. Compatibility is not guaranteed. Description in the listing and picture are what, and all, that is offered in any given auction. If you have any questions about needing additional parts, or whether item will work for your application, please check with a more definitive source prior to buying. If you need any additional information contact me via email for clarification. I give my customers a 30 day warranty on our parts. Parts I sell are guaranteed to be 100% functional upon delivery. In case of a return, I pay full refund less shipping. I process refunds are within 4 days from receipt of item. Let me know the problem with the item before return. Please leave all marking codes or bar codes on the item as I will not accept erased markings or bar codes. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All returns are refund only, I do not do exchanges. Buyer returns item within 30 days. Buyer pays shipping to return item. I do refund per policy upon receipt of the original item.
