Shackles found in the ground, was used probably during the 2WW. Around was found some gun shells. Shackles was clean after soil rust. Sold how you see on the pictures. Shackles is come with free gift, shackles chain. [ last two pictures ]  No key. Nice piece of history to add any collection.
