Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We will exchange or refund any item if it is a factory defective item. Buyers please take a photo of the defective item and contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the item for refund or exchange.

  • All return items must be in brand new condition and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  • In most cases, all shipping and handling fees arе non-refundable.
  • Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days , the item(s) are subject for rejection.
  • If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
  • We do not assume any responsibility for any installation fees charged by a shop under any circumstances.
