This listing includes a Gecko Drive G540 Integrated Digital 4 Axis Micro Stepping Driver System (REV8 2021 Edition), 48v 12.5a (600w) power supply supporting 110v, and 220v input, three Nema 23 3.5a 600oz motors, three 13ft. 20awg 300v  80c (176f) rated double shielded pre-built motor cables  with molded on DB9 male, and female connectors with gold plated pins, E-stop Switch, three snap home/limit switches, and 18ft. of 22/2 double shielded cable for your switch installation. 

This drive features the longest warranty on any CNC driver in the industry at 3 years with full US support.

 The power supply you select for the G540 is critical as it will provide the system's speed, and required amps to support all four of the G540's axis. This kit uses my 48v 12.5a (600w) TRUE CNC power supplies. These units are all calibrated in house prior to shipping to you with a FLUKE 179 TRUE RMS multimeter.

 The unit supports both 110v, and 220v power inputs for all the worlds power outputs via a selector switch. 

The unit was custom designed, and supports a single 48v power output rail with 10 negative, and 10 positive terminals for power output as the pictures reflect. 

This allows for much less labor, and monetary investment required for CNC robotic system configurations using multiple accessory hookups as typical power supplies only have 3 terminals available on the V-, and V+ terminals requiring additional spending with terminal splitters to eliminate "Daisy Chaining" which is best practice when assembling your controller.

This power supply was designed exclusively for robotics use. That being said most switching power supplies simply feature a toroid passive noise filter which doesn't provide as efficient EMI mitigation as an actual EMI noise filter. 

This unit is the only one that features an actual built in EMI filter covered in the video below for the cleanest possible power output to provide your CNC robot with.

The system also has an integrated brushless fan that's controlled thermostatically based on the ambient internal temperature which is a critical feature for any unit being installed in a CNC electronics enclosure.

The unit also features built in overload protection, and automatic shutdown with reset, and recovery.

This kit also includes three of my Nema 23 600oz/in (37.5in/lbs) 3.5a stepper motors with dual 8mm shafts for maximum durability, and compatibility for your retrofit. Resistors for these motors are also included for the G540 

These are the largest torque Nema 23 motors available I designed specifically for the G540 to allow easy machining of aluminum, steel, and all softer substrates in between without having my clients have to spend more investing in Nema 34 motors.

The kit also includes three of my 13ft. 20awg 300v, 80c temp rated DOUBLE SHIELDED motor cables made using signal cable for maximum durability, and flexibility.

These are the only double shielded cables offered for this drive on the market, and their included with every system, and kit that leaves my shop as standard equipment.
