All orders must be paid within 48 hours. An unpaid item case will be opened after 48 hours for all unpaid items.
POSTAGE (
The Free postage offered on this listing is Royal Mail 2nd class post. 1st class post is offered on the listing for items needed sooner then 6 working days.
1st class post is capped at £3.99 but you must request an invoice (if necessary and before you pay) and pay for all items in one transaction. We will not refund overpaid postage as we are charged an ebay fees and paypal fees on the total amount you pay which is not refunded if we refund you. So please select the correct postage rate when you checkout.
If you buy in multiple transactions your postage costs will be higher and overpaid postage will not be refunded due to the additional fees we incur for multiple transactions.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (
PLEASE READ: 1st and 2nd class standard and recorded delivery are NOT Guaranteed Delivery Services. The only delivery service Royal Mail will guarantee is TRACK & TRACE and EXPRESS DELIVERY (offered on every listing). All eBay delivery dates and our own delivery dates are ESTIMATES, they are NOT GUARANTEED delivery dates. During busier periods, such as Christmas and bank holidays some parcels may take longer then expected to arrive and we advise all buyers to be aware of this, and to allow extra time for your items to arrive. Although every effort is made on our part to get items out quickly, we do not deliver them ourselves and are therefore relying on Royal Mail to get them delivered on time. A recent face to face meeting with a Royal Mail representative confirmed that 98% of post arrives without issue, which does mean that 2% may get lost or delayed, which we unfortunately cannot do anything about. Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent, please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be assured it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail. We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time, but please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.
We aim to dispatch all orders paid for by 12pm on the same day, otherwise orders will be dispatched on the following working day. If your order is urgent please email us and we will do our best to dispatch your items sooner.
All ebay delivery dates are ‘ESTIMATES’ they are not actual or guaranteed delivery dates.
To avoid disappointment and to ensure buyers receive their items in good time, we advise all buyers allow the following number of days for delivery:
2nd class post – please allow up to 6 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for 1st class post.
1st class post – please allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for Next Day Delivery.
Next Day Delivery – orders paid for by 12pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excl bank holidays), orders paid for after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please email us for a quote

Items purchased with the ebay app, will have to be purchased separately, because you cannot 'ADD TO BASKET' therefore you won't benefit from postage discounts or capped postage (where offered) and overpaid postage WILL NOT be refunded, due to the additional paypal fees we incur for multiple transactions. If your using an ipad/mobile phone please access ebay via the internet, NOT the ebay app, then you can 'ADD TO BASKET' and pay in one transaction and you will benefit from capped postage (where offered).
