We were a 5-star busy brick and mortar store serving West Seattle since 1976. We have been a member of the eBay community since April 1998 with 100% feedback selling watches and jewelry. We were a full-service shop with a Master Jeweler and Watchmaker on premise. See reviews… We repaired all makes of watches, cut crystals, laser, torch repairs, settings, custom design, and inlay stone cutting. We closed October 2020, due to my high risk, suffering Systemic Mastosytosis, and employee misappropriation. We are Not an Authorized New Watch Dealer (Rolex, Omega, etc.) and are only in the business of buying and selling pre-owned re-certified American and European fine watches. Our Owner has 40 years in the Jewelry Industry, and one of the first preowned watch dealers in the West Coast. We will be liquidating starting 2021 to fund my retirement to focus on my health. I am fully nocturnal, so responses will be in wee hours.
Payment
All payments are due at time of sale, or within 24 hours of auction close, otherwise auction will be voided. We will not ship to address not confirmed through Pay Pal. All purchaser bidders with less than 5 feedback, please contact prior to bidding for verification. Tax is collected through Ebay as of 2019/2020 legislation, any tax inquiries need to be directed to Ebay.
Shipping
We ship all items over $1000 via USPS Priority for signature confirmation with insurance, and USPS First class signature required on items under. We ship all items on Tuesday, and Thursday, after funds confirmation from eBay’s new processing. Items will not be sent until Funds are established as verified, and location of delivery verified and vetted. We do not do overnight shipping

Refunds
We offer a Three Day no questions asked return policy to make sure you are 100% satisfied on Buy it Now purchases. All watches must be returned in exact condition as received, any damage will be accessed or void return. We open and close our watches under video for our protection. Please, check watch size prior to purchase, both head width, and band length, this is not a reason for return. When watch states 34 and you wanted 40mm, not reason for return, please make sure you understand the product you are buying prior to purchasing. Purchaser responsible for Return postage or Refund not accepted. All Questions need to be address prior to end of Auction or Sale. No Reserve Auctions are Sold as Is, No refund, No Return, since they are sold to highest bidder. We will not negotiation after sale.
