This magneto assembly is prepared and set up to increase performance and reliability.
Direct drop in style features slotted plate for fixed advance placement.
Accurate detailed unit, ideal for restoration and every day riding!
Features the same provision as the stock magneto.
Once the bike is timed correctly you lock direct drive magneto into the fixed advanced position.
**NOTE: This is the real deal Sportster advance mechanism as the factory supplied for
1962-1964 on the XLCH models, Get Real! All components as original.
Base will accept #36-0514 tachometer drive gear and #36-0513 cable.
