US SHIPPING: We usually ship USPS but we may ship boots/shoes UPS. It can take 1-5 business days to process & ship orders. We will send you a tracking number once package ships. Delivery can take 2-10 days after package ships. We ship discreetly with SS4U on shipping label. We don't put sexystuff4u on package.

INTERNATIONAL:It can take 1-5 business days to process & ship orders. We will send tracking number once package ships. Delivery can take 10-30 days after package ships. It will depend on how long package takes to clear customs and also the shipping method.

You are responsible for taxes/customs fees that you may be charged in your country when you receive package.  Customs Form: We mark packages as a sale and write purchase price only.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We accept returns/exchanges on some items. Check the return policy on the ad page. 

If item is defective, we will exchange, but all returns: must be in original package, tags attached, not worn, not scuffed, not altered in anyway, and must be sent back within 14 days of receiving package. You must 1st contact us for a return #. It may take up to 7 to 10 business days to process your return. We will contact you once we process your return.

When sending footwear back, Be sure that you wrap the box with some type of packaging so you do not damage the box.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and S&H fees are non-refundable. If you want money back, You will get a refund minus the restocking fee and shipping fees. If this was a free shipping item, Then we will deduct the shipping fee that we paid to ship item from your refund. If you want to exchange item, Then email us to see if it is available and pay shipping to reship another item.

Refused/Non Deliverable Packages:

Customer will be responsible for shipping charges that we may have to pay when packages are returned to us as non deliverable/refused shipments/sent back because customs fees were not paid.

We do suggest that you go up a size if you usually wear a half size. The shoe size conversion chart below only serves as a guide to help you determine the sizing equivalent of our products in different parts of the world. Please note that the actual sizing may differ slightly from the chart as the size conversions listed are APPROXIMATE - there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different brands.
