The cappuccino version is available in three varieties:
wood seat, microfiber upholstered seat,  and faux leather
upholstered seat.  It also comes in linen white. We  will
ship the faux leather chairs in cappuccino unless  you 
tell us you prefer the other versions.  Let us know if 
you want free wood samples, or to ask any questions.

V Furniture Direct is located in Columbus, Ohio. We carry a wide range of tables, chairs, bar stools, dining room sets, dinette sets, kitchen sets in a variety of finishes and styles.  We buy in truck load volume are thus able to provide our customers very affordable prices.  We are not an internet drop shipper, meaning we have a brick and mortar store/warehouse location that is open to the general public.

Furthermore, all of dining room furniture products including tables, chairs, dinettes, kitchen sets, gathering counter height pub bar tables and stools are made out of 100% rubber solid wood that is widely used in the furniture industry today. You will find no particle wood whatsoever in our dining room products.

We stock everything we sell, unlike other stores who has to reorder their merchandise from other suppliers, forcing customers to have to wait several weeks or even months to receive their goods. Our warehouse is located in Columbus, Ohio, so pick up is available immediately.  Delivery or outbound shipping out will be next day. You won’t have to wait weeks or months to get your order processed like other sellers who just list items without having them in stock.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • SHIPPING POLICY:
  • We ship furniture to any destination in the contiguous 48 states only.

    When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking info via email unless you request a phone call. You will be able to track your package online or by phone with FedEx or UPS carriers. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

    We have two methods of shipping available: Small Parcel and LTL Truck Freight.

    +SMALL PARCEL:

    We will ship chairs or stools via UPS or FEDEX Ground. These 2 companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping. Transit time is between 1 and 4 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

    We do not require signature for deliveries, but please note that the delivery person may leave your package at your door without a signature at their own discretion. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

    +TRUCK FREIGHT:

    For whole set shipping with table and chairs which is too large and heavy, we will use a trucking company. Truck Freight Shipping is different from standard UPS, FedEx:

    - Once your merchandise arrives at the local delivery terminal, the carrier will call you to set up a delivery date. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment time frames (usually 1-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

    - The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. However , several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office. When your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional shipping services. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.

    Please inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.  Please notify us if there is any problem, and we will do our best to address it to your satisfaction.  


  • ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME:
  • Because all products are stocked at our warehouse, we normally ship out your order within the next business day.

    If you wish to pick up your order, please call ahead before heading to our warehouse.

    Estimated transit time is the time when your order gets picked up from our warehouse and gets to your destination:

    Standard Ground: 1-4 Business Days. Truck Freight: 1-4 Business Days.


  • DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY:
  • Our intention is to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. In some rare cases that your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

    We will replace whichever parts are needed to give you a complete undamaged unit. This is often quicker than replacing a whole unit. If there are too many damaged parts, a new unit may be sent to you at our discretion.

    In most cases, you are required to provide photos in order to fulfill your replacement requests. Photos are generally requested to confirm the extent of the damage to help us determine if replacement parts or a full unit replacement is required.

    We encourage our customers to accept their order despite the condition at the time of delivery. This is because a refusal of a damaged shipment can increase the time it takes to process replacements.

    If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of you receiving your item(s). We don’t accept return of assembled items. Unopened box items will be accepted with original outbound shipping cost deducted from your refund. Opened box items are also accepted with a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost deducted. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • All of our products are processed and shipped out very fast . You may cancel your order before your order ships out of our warehouse. Cancellation of orders that have already been picked up by the carrier is considered as a return; therefore return policy will be applied.

  • FEEDBACK:
  • We always work hard to earn a positive feedback from all of our customers. We will leave positive feedback for buyers who have successfully completed their transaction with us, and we ask for the same courtesy in return. If there is a problem, please give us the opportunity to address it before leaving negative feedback.
