This listing is for a 7pc Napoleon dining set that consists of 1 Napoleon rectangular double pedestal dining table + 6 Portland dining chairs with wood seat in saddle brown finish (you will receive what's shown in picture #1). This well crafted rectangular table has rounded corners and a double pedestal connected by a bridge that makes it very sturdy. It also has a built-in 18" butterfly leaf that extends the table from 40x60" to 40x78" long. The leaf folds up and tucks neatly under the table, so you won't have to take it out and put it in a closet somewhere. The legs have adjustable rubber shoes to balance with uneven floors if needed. The table top has been fully assembled at the factory but you will need to assemble the double pedestal and connect the two halves together. The chairs feature a slat-back design that are quite comfortable for your back. If you prefer these chairs with  the fabric padded seat for the same price, just let us know during Check-Out.   1. We have a warehouse/store in Columbus, OH as of the time of this listing. We've been in business since 2009 and hope to stay around for as long as possible (pandemic not withstanding). We specialize in dining tables and chairs and can answer most questions you may have about the dining furniture we sell. You can pick up at our location or have it shipped to your home.  Due to limited warehouse space and an ever expanding inventory, we often keep our warehouse stock for walk-in customers and ship your order from a bigger warehouse in Texas. Ebay no longer allows sellers to post phone numbers, but our warehouse number is not hard to find. Pick-up orders may get a discount.

  • SHIPPING POLICY:
  1. When you order through eBay, we will ship to your billing address only.  PayPal refers to this address as your "confirmed address." It is the buyer's job to make sure they provide us with the correct address.  Timely communication is key.  If you inform us of a change in address after the order has been shipped, you agree to cover any additional charges from the carrier. This policy protects both the seller and the buyer because it cuts down on unauthorized & fraudulent purchases.                                                                                                                                                                                               
  2. We ship quite fast. However, Ebay has a "Guaranteed Delivery By" date that does not take into account any delays that the carrier may experience, including mechanical failure, weather delays, pandemics, etc.  If you have to receive your order by a certain date because of a special occasion, please let us know at the time of your order.                                                                                                                            
  3. After we ship your order, we will upload the tracking number to eBay, and we will also send the tracking details to your PayPal email address, so please check whatever email address that is linked to your payment for that information. 
    +SMALL PARCEL: Turnaround time: about a week or less in most cases. Sometimes, it's 1 to 2 days.
  1. We do not require signature for ground shipments (chairs and small tables), but please note that the delivery person may leave your packages at your door without a signature at their own discretion. If you have an issue with theft of packages in your area, you can leave a note where the delivery person will see to instruct them on where to leave your packages. Include your name & tracking number that we will provide you.
    +TRUCK FREIGHT: Turnaround time: also about a week in most cases.
  1. Once your merchandise arrives at the local delivery terminal, the carrier will call you to set up a delivery date.  You just tell the carrier what date and time is good for you, and even ask their driver to call you 30 minutes before they show up to give you time to get home to accept the delivery. A working daytime phone number is a must for these freight shipments. If the carrier cannot get a hold of you to schedule a delivery appointment, they will not deliver, and if enough time has passed, they will charge storage fees and/or a return shipping fee.  You agree to pay these additional fees since you failed to provide us with a working daytime phone number to give to the delivery company.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
  2. Large orders will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the package(s) inside their homes. If you are not able to lift heavy boxes and you don't have any friends or family members to help you, you need to make arrangements to have a local delivery service help you before you place your order.  Often times the delivery person will help if you ask them nicely, but they are not required to do so. Please inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easier to take care of the problem.  Please notify us if there is any problem, and we will do our best to do right by you.  

    DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY:

    Our intention is to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. In some rare cases that your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

    We will replace whichever parts are needed to give you a complete undamaged unit. This is often quicker than replacing a whole unit. If there are too many damaged parts, a new unit may be sent to you at our discretion.

    In most cases, you are required to provide photos in order to fulfill your replacement requests. Photos are generally requested to confirm the extent of the damage to help us determine if replacement parts or a full unit replacement is required.

    We encourage our customers to accept their order despite the condition at the time of delivery. This is because a refusal of a damaged shipment can increase the time it takes to process replacements.

    If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of you receiving your item(s). We don’t accept returns once you have assembled the items. Unopened box items will be accepted with original outbound shipping cost deducted from your refund. Opened box items are also accepted with a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost deducted. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    All of our products are processed and shipped out very fast . You may cancel your order before your order ships out of our warehouse. Cancellation of orders that have already been picked up by the carrier is considered as a return; therefore the return policy will be applied. A refusal of delivery of your order is also considered a return; therefore the return policy will apply.
