GPM Stahlritzel sind Profilverschoben! Dadurch ist ein Untersetzungswechsel durch alleinigen Austausch des Ritzel möglich.
Modul: m=1,5
Profilverschoben bedeutet, daß die Zähnezahl des Zahnrades gegenüber den bisher bekannten Werten bei gleich bleibendem Durchmesser verändert wird. Der das Zahnprofil bestimmende Bereich der Evolventenkurve wird dabei verschoben. Positiv verschobene Zahnräder (weniger Zähne als normal) sind dabei stabiler und laufen leichter, die etwas geringere Festigkeit negativ verschobener Zahnräder ist ohne Bedeutung. |

The GPM steel pinions are profile regraded. This allows for a change in gearing by a pinion swap alone.
Module: m=1.5
Profile regraded means that the number of teeth is changed while the diameter remained constant. The part of the involutes? curve that defines the tooth profile is changed. Positively regraded (lower number of teeth) pinions are stronger and run smoother, the reduced strength of negatively regraded pinions doesn?t really matter. |
