ABOUT US: We are an actual business with actual physical stores across California & Nevada so all the items listed and available are the same items and merchandise from these stores. However due to the low expenses and cost of selling online we are able to bring you these same items at a much cheaper price. (ATTN. VeRO: Item listed has been purchased, acquired and obtained by their respected channels thru rightful and/or authorized wholesalers, vendors, distributors, etc…).

PAYMENT: Due to the fact that we try to ship our orders in a quick fashion here @ ”THE ROCK AND RAP SHOP" we ask that all customers make payment as soon as possible (but no later than 4 days of listing ending) to avoid any delay in shipping unless the listing ends with the “BEST OFFER” feature in this case we prefer payment within 48 hours. All payments are made thru PayPal which makes your payments and information safe as they accept any form of credit card, debit card & electronic check.

BEST OFFER: Our customers are more than welcome to submit reasonable amount offers for us to consider. If offer is accepted customers will receive a payment invoice and a message letting them know the offer has been accepted. Please keep in mind that if the item is purchased at an already discounted price thru the “BEST OFFER” feature this means that no further discounts can be applied (shipping, etc...). Also if customers submit several offer at once and they are accepted each item will be considered individual separate orders.  PROCESSING: Here @ “THE ROCK AND RAP SHOP” we like to keep  a very professional atmosphere and a great line of communication with our wonderful customer for this reason we will contact our customers as soon as the processing of your item has begun and again when the item has been shipped.

SHIPPING: We ship all our fragile items (CD’s, DVD’s, etc...) in bubble wrap to promote safer delivery. We want to make your experience the best it can be here @ “THE ROCK AND RAP SHOP” this is why we usually process and ship all our orders within 24-48 hours (from Mon.-Fri.) of payment being made and cleared by PayPal . Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee when an item will arrive, any dates you see anywhere are mere estimations (once an item leaves our hands it is beyond our control).

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Starting July/August 2011 some domestic purchases (U.S.A. orders only) will receive FREE shipping (only the ones that indicate “free shipping” in the listing).  But like always delivery confirmation will still be applied to your United States order at no extra cost so our customers can track their packages. If multiple items are purchased of the same category (CD’s, DVD’s, Clothing, T-Shirts & Apparel ONLY) within a 24 hour time period all items will be shipped together (the customer will be indicated on this action).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders going outside of the United States will still require international shipping + handling charges, for each item purchased. Any purchases that total over $50.00+ may be subject to an additional $11.99 to send your package Registered via USPS to ensure an even safer delivery, if you opt out of this service and the item is lost in transition the customer will assume all liability. Please keep in mind that an international order going outside the U.S.A. can take up to 6-8 weeks or longer to arrive. The delivery all depends on the amount of mail traffic, processing and sorting of the USPS post office, the customs office and your countries post mail. Thank you for your understanding.
