General Statement

All used CD’s are sold as seen. I have carried out a visual checks and where necessary, sound checks to ensure that there are no scratches or damage that will render the CD unsuitable for playing.

Personal cheques will need 5 to 7 days to clear from the day received, before I will dispatch the item.

Unless otherwise stated, I aim to dispatch my CD's within 2 working days of payment being received.

CD Grading System

The standard that use for grading CD’s is that used by “Record Collector”, which is:

MINT	The CD itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT	The CD shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD	The CD has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable
GOOD	The CD has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

Returns Policy

7 days of receipt

Items returned within 7 days of receipt will be eligible for a full refund of the item in the condition it was originally sent.

Faulty Goods: Please email me if you have received a faulty item. If I am unable to replace it, I will ask you to return it and will refund your original payment.
