Buyers must leave vehicle registration number when ordering, otherwise we will not accept any responsibility if the part is not correct and any return costs will not be accepted by us. We offer free 30 day returns on all items (UK only). Returns must be arranged through contacting us first, and then by opening an eBay return request, the item/items must be unused and in their original unopened clean packaging. Faulty items will need to be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.  

Our new parts are guaranteed for 12 months, or 12 thousand miles, whichever comes first. Proof of mileage will be required on fitting and on failure before we can process any claim under warranty.

The warranty we offer is a manufacturer's warranty.  Labour claims and consequential loss claims are not accepted.   

We will not under any circumstances replace any part until it is returned to us on the understanding that refund/replacement we be done once the goods have been checked out by the manufacturers.

We reserve the right to supply alternative brands of equal or superior quality, in circumstances where we are unable to supply the original brand of goods ordered.
