INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTES - CLEAR CUSTOMS

It is exclusively customers responsibility to become knowledgeable about import taxes, and fees payable at his/her country's customs before placing an international order. Since we do not have control on destination countries's customs. We strongly encourage you to check with your local government custom's bureau or agency to review import fees, on your planned products before placing an international order or bidding at our store.

Import duties, taxes, fees and additional charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. These charges are often collected by the delivery freight [shipping] company or when you pick them up from your local post.

SHIPPING

Some of our products will be back-ordered from a warehouse, so it might take a week for a maximum to be ready for shipment.

CANCELLATION

As a general rule, you can't retract or cancel a bid. Once you place a bid, you agree to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder.
A bid on our e Bay's store is considered a contract, and you're obligated to purchase the item.
You cannot retract a purchase made through a "BUT IT NOW" listing. Once you confirm your purchase, you are obligated to pay us up.

RETURN POLICY

You have received a Delivery Notice but are unable to pick up the item yourself, or a repetitive attempt to delivery has been made. Unfortunately, the delivered couldn't have been done, or reached you, and for that reason your local post has decided to ship your parcel back to us. regular re shipping fees will apply.
In the event you no longer want your return purchased figure. We will make a refund directly to your Pay pal account minus regular return shipping fees.

There will be a charge of $5.00 for retrieving orders within Japan for cancellations or change in address request after shipment. It may be difficult to reclaim parcels once shipped out from Japan to international destination.

Returns & Refunds
Although we make assurance doubly sure on the packaging items,
there may be any change shapes or broken at the time of arrival by any possibility.
If there are any problems such as breakage on your package unexpectedly when you receive it,
please let us know by e-mail within 7days from the day you receive the item.
Since your package was insured, you will be able to claim for damaged items.

DISCOUNT POLICY

We are unable to keep on slashing prices furthermore customer's requests to cut prices, or receive discounts will no longer be considered. I am sorry for that.

UNDERVALUING & GIFT POLICY

We do not undervalue our products below the real worth as marked at the invoiced real value price. That is unacceptable at our Japanese Administration Post and does not comply with the Japanese's law neither with our company's policy.

Each one of our international parcel are shipped with their respective invoice and custom declaration papers, as required for our Japanese Administration Posts and custom's destination countries as well. Also we do not mail receipts and invoices.
