Vintage Print 1920's-30's Cars Old Man & Cop Fender Bender "Laying down the Law"

Fun whimsical print of old man who has just been rearended in his car by a policeman.

In the four corners, along edges, is a tiny bit of color loss, where corners that held the print in a scrapbook were removed and took a tiny bit of  paper edge  when removed.  

Very minor, this won't show much if at all when framed.
