The cost of returning parts under this warranty must be borne by the customer and must be pre-paid. In order to make a claim under this warranty, the faulty product, proof of purchase and the reason for or details of the failure must be provided to Brake Pads Online.

This warranty does not cover damage by misuse or improper installation, or liability for labour charges or consequential loss or damage incurred as a result of the failure of a bpo part.
