In 1933, by order of President Roosevelt, all U.S. Gold bullion was confiscated from the public, so any Gold coins that have survived, like these Gold Half Eagles, are always in high demand. The obverse of this $5 Indian Gold Half Eagle, minted from 1908-1929, features a noble Indian chief wearing a headdress, while the reverse depicts a majestic eagle next to the phrase “In God We Trust.” These coins remain in nearly uncirculated condition with just the slightest bit of wear.
Dates on these random year coins will be of our choosing, determined by stock on hand.
