We use many different couriers to ship our items, you may choose to upgrade to express postage at checkout for an additional cost.

We are unable to ship to a PO Box address. 

PLEASE ENSURE that you choose an address with someone available to sign for your item, work/business addresses are prefered. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, goods may be left at your residence unless you specify otherwise before purchase of your item(s) however, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office, Startrack depot or other freight depot. If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time (costs may apply)

Items purchased are shipped from our warehouse in Albury, New South Wales – in some instances items may be sent directly from one of our partners. Our delivery partners are Star Track Express & Australia Post. If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days, during busy periods this handling timeframe may extend to 1-5 days.

Engine Master Australia will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange* (excluding freight charges and eBay fees) Any goods returned for credit must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
