Shipping:

We ship our orders on Mondays. Please place your order by 5 pm EST Sunday. Orders placed on Monday will ship the following week. We try to ship during the week as well but cannot guarantee earlier shipping. If your order is time sensitive, please ask before purchase.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority, First Class or FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to choose a method.

Returns:

Returns are accepted with prior approval within 30 days. 20% restocking fee applies. Please send us a message if you have an issue with your order and we'll try to do our best to solve it. If your order was damaged during shipping, please send us pictures of the damage and packaging.
