Lovely Vintage 9ct Gold, Emerald & Gemstone Half Eternity Ring, Lon1976








Here is a really pretty vintage 9ct gold, emerald & gemstone half eternity ring. The ring has a good strong 9ct yellow gold band around to a lovely wide setting measuring a depth of nearly 4mm & inset with seven gemstones. There are four white gemstones, that look like diamonds, but are white sapphires or similiar, all faceted the same size & in secure rubbed over type settings. The other three gemstones are real emeralds, all the same size with their lovely natural markings & colour, & these are again in secure rubbed over type settings, & they alternate giving a lovely quality contrast. The ring has a full set of english hallmarks for London, 9ct gold & 1976 & quality makers mark of DMJ & ring size O & as with age & wear the central emerald has nibbles & wear to the facetes as you would expect with being worn, but this most certainly doesnt detract, as this can only be seen under a loupe, but just mentioned for total accuracy. However this really is a very pretty vintage half eternity ring in very good origional complete condition that looks so lovely worn & is such a noce emerald example of these.
