We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post for most small parcels/packets
We use Parcel Force and DPD for larger and more expensive items
All parcels sent via Parcel Force or DPD are sent tracked on a next day service

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery
If the item is delivered broken or not fit for purpose we will refund you in full and pay for the postage to send the item back
If the item is no longer wanted we will refund you in full but you are responsible for the returning the item and its cost to do so.
