PAYMENT METHODS:

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, we ALSO  accept  Postal Orders and Personal Cheques(UK CUSTOMERS ONLY).  

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Obviously, we want  you to be totally satisified when you purchase from us which is why we offer you our guarantee that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt.

If the goods are damaged or doesn't match the description we will of course refund you in full (including postage fees), If you simply do not want to keep the item then a refund of the sale price will be refunded.

please though be aware that it is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.

Shipping

DELIVERY:

We are a UK based company, so all our items are dispatched from the UK. We normally are able to process your order within 1 working day after your payment has cleared into our account. We generally dispatch our items via 1st class Standard Royal Mail or by a courier service depending on the size and weight of the order.

There is also an overseas delivery service is provided to anywhere in Europe and the Rest Of The World via Royal Mail's 'Airmail' service.

When should I expect my order to arrive:

* UK: 3-4 days (Subject to the delivery method chosen)

* Europe: Approx 7-14 days

* United States & Canada: Approx 14-21 Days

* Australia,Japan & the rest of the world: Approx 14-21 Days

Please note that the above times are only to be used as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. If for any reason your item does not arrive within a reasonable timescale then by all means please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve any issues immediately.

COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS:

We are able to combine the postage for multiple purchases to help reduce your postage cost. If you require further information when making a multiple purchase then please do not hesitate to contact us, preferably through eBay’s message service.

Returns

You can return any item to us as long as it is in the condition you received it in. You have 30 days to return to the item from the day you order it.

We will cover the return cost for any item which arrived broken or for any items sent in error. The return cost for any items which don’t fit or are not suitable will need to be paid for by the buyer.
