The Hispec range of LED tubes have been specifically designed to not only replace existing
T8 fluorescent tubes but also to produce the maximum level of light output when doing so.
This robust range of tubes are produced from high grade polycarbonate which is both durable
and colour fast, ideal for any environment. Each tube has an integral driver and comes with
an LED strip comprised of Epistar branded SMDs.
This product range will drastically reduce both your electricity bills and
carbon footprint due in part to its low wattage and efficient beam angle of
180 degrees. Unlike some of the other LED tubes on the market, our light
output is not compromised by the low wattages because we have a built
in aluminium reflector that maximises the level of lumens being produced.
In order to convert a building or project from fluorescent to LED, cutting their energy costs by
over 50% in the process, a qualified electrician can change a T8 fluorescent non-corrosive
fitting into an LED-ready body by following a few simple steps (provided). This process is a
cheaper and more efficient way of lowering costs compared to removing the whole fitting and
replacing it with an LED equivalent.
