Shipping & Handling
- Ship via shipping company upon the receipt of payment within lower 48 states only.

- Shipping company will call in advance to arrange delivery time with customers. Please keep your personal information on eBay updated. We only deliver the item to the address you provide to eBay.

- Items will be shipped only to your doorstep due to our low price. Inside delivery is also available at extra charge. - All boxes need to be to be inspected before signing the bill of lading form. If item is damaged, note remarks for all of the damages on the bill of lading.

- No International Orders accepted! No PO Box, APO, FPO, AK, HI, address.
- Local pickup: you can pick up the merchandise directly from our warehouse located at Los Angeles, CA free of charge. Please advise us the pickup time & date in advance.

- Delivery:  The merchandise will be secured on pallets for safe delivery when it is shipped from our warehouse. If the pallets have been removed by the shipping company or the goods are not on pallets when you receive them, please check immediately on location that all shipped items/pieces are accounted for and are in good condition. If there are any problems, please note them on the delivery forms and also write that the goods are not on pallets, and then ask the driver to sign for it as well (if possible). Please fax us a copy of the annotated delivery forms, if possible, and call us to let us know so we can have the problems corrected. IMPORTANT:  If you do not follow this procedure, we may not be able to get reimbursement from the shipping company, and we will not be responsible for damage to the merchandise.

- Pay upon pickup.

- Payment must be made within 7 calendar days after the auction ends.


Return Policy/exchange/cancellation policy

- You may return any item within 10 days; all must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Buyer pays all shipping charges both ways. All items that are not properly packaged or damaged will be refused. Restock fee 25% and buyer pays the return freight charge. Returns must be in original package. Please allow a 5% variation in dimension.

 Buyer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise before it leaves the possession of the freight company. Seller will not be responsible for damages after buyer has accepted merchandise. Before signing for the goods with the delivery company, please make sure all piece(s) are accounted for. The shipment should be properly wrapped and factory-sealed. Please inspect that the packaging is intact and in good condition. If there are missing pieces or even defects on the packaging - no matter how small - please note their conditions on the delivery forms before signing, and also have the driver sign for it. Just in case there is any damage to your shipment that you discovered later on, fax this annotated delivery receipt to us and we will file claims with the shipping company on your behalf. If you have a (digital) camera, it would also be helpful to take pictures of any discrepancies in your shipment you notice and email them to us. It is important to note that if you don’t provide us with any evidence in case of damage, we will be unable to file a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement. Thank you very much.
