If you do not receive your parcel, just simply message us on eBay and our team will swiftly respond to you with a solution or suggestion 

Note: First class delivery has an estimate of 2-3 working days. The listing does show you the next day as the date for the item being delivered BUT if you click on the small question mark (next to where it says FAST & FREE) on the delivery column , it does show you the estimated delivery days which is 2-3 working days.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Simply message us and we will get back to you with instructions of how to return. If you are not happy with the item, just message us and return the item the way it came to you and we will issue you with a full refund.

You can cancel your order on the same day before 2:00pm otherwise we may dispatch you order. In case if you are unable to inform us on time and the order is already dispatched, the only way to cancel that order is to wait until you receive the items and then sending them back to us to get full refund except postage cost.
