For example, shipping 1 sofa or 1 large item from CA to TX is $265, 2 sofas is only $30 more for $295 ($147 each sofa), shipping 3 sofas or 3 large items is $70 more for $365 ($121 each) thus, ordering 1 sofa, shipping fee is $265, but if you order 3 sofas, it would reduce to $121 per sofa instead of $265 each sofa. It does not have to be the same item, you can mix and match with other items as well.

Shipping & Handling

 

- All standard residential/commercial freight is for curbside drop off only due to our low price. White glove services such as inside delivery, haul away old furniture, assembly…etc is not included with standard shipping service, it can possibly be arrange with additional cost, customer must contact seller in advance to arrange prior to ordering.
- Ship via shipping company upon the receipt of payment within lower 48 states only.

- Shipping company will call in advance to arrange delivery time with customers. Please keep your personal information on eBay updated. We only deliver the item to the address you provide to eBay.

Return & Exchange & Cancellation terms

Within 30 days of purchase, customer is responsible for 25% restocking fee (including cancellation), buyer is responsible for both to & from shipping fees, and refund based on condition of products & must be in original packaging, condition & all its content. If shipping fee was excluded in the original purchase price or listed as free shipping, it will pro-rated when return/exchange. All custom/special orders are final sale only. Please allow 5-10% variation in all aspect of the furniture product such as size, color, shape, foam density…etc. as all of our products are hand crafted.

 

Shipping information & receiving instruction

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping, in few cases, item(s) may arrive damage or missing caused by the shipping carrier, for customer’s protection, customer must inspect all item(s) at the time of delivery and make notation that it was damage or/and missing on the delivery receipt. Then we will proceed to file a claim on customer’s behalf to the shipping carrier to seek replacement/reimbursement. Without noted delivery receipt stating items are damaged and/missing, claims will be automatically declined due to shipping carrier’s strict claim policy. For any reason if customer cannot inspect item at the time of delivery, customer must note “did not inspect due time not permitted” or “cannot inspect due to driver not allow”, or write “pending inspection”, Customer must follow this instruction to protect themselves in case of damage shipment per most shipping carrier’s claim policy.
