We offer a 30-day warranty against DOA product unless otherwise stated in the auction. Any damage suspected due to shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt. Unless specifically stated in our auctions, we do not provide technical support of any kind related to the installation, operation or functionality of equipment we offer on eBay. All questions regarding this product must be initiated and resolved prior to the close of the auction. Once an auction has closed, the winning bidder assumes all responsibility for the expertise necessary to implement this equipment to their satisfaction. Any item we sell that is not working properly (as defined by the item description) when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our guarantee. The item will be returned to seller at buyer’s expense. Item will be tested to determine condition. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage, your money, including return shipping charges, will be refunded. We will not reimburse express or international shipping charges under any circumstances. Buyer must notify seller within 30 days after receiving the item of any problem that may require a return and refund."

None Defective Returns

"All non-defective returns will be charged 25% restocking fee. In addition, the purchaser will be responsible for both the original and the return shipping fees. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to receive an refund. Any special orders or custom made items are not eligible for return unless deemed to be defective."
